One of the best trainers I’ve ever had to be honest. He’s a great person to work with, he’s hilarious, and best of all he keeps me motivated. Since I started working out with Trevor I finally began to see the results I’ve been looking for. He Introduced me to different workouts and lifts that I haven’t heard of before, that I ended up loving! He’s very knowledgeable in exercise and nutrition, and has helped me with any questions that I had! Going to the gym has become a lifestyle rather than a chore thanks to Trevor and I can’t thank him enough for that!
